The USA IBC has lost a great leader, supporter, and friend. Mr. Billy Mounger, Chairman Emeritus, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020. The success of the USA IBC is a direct result of his passion, energy, and love for his community.
His dedication and support will continue to impact the ballet world through the Peggy Mize Fund that awards all USA IBC finalist with a $1500 stipend to offset travel expenses. His commitment to the arts will forever be appreciated. Our deepest sympathies to the Mounger family in this time of sorrow.
