REFUND POLICY
* Effective as of January 1, 2012
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items MUST HAVE INVOICE and or RECEIPT. Any item that has been used by the customer will not be refunded. Refund will be credited to the account you used to purchase material within 5 business days of receipt to at USA IBC. There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases.
